A LITTLE HELP FOR YOUR LITTLE FAVORITE

Recover your creation.

Something broke? Share a photo and your order details. We’ll identify the product and check its replacement coverage. You can send a request with or without coverage.

On supported phones, this opens your camera. You can also choose an existing photo. JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 8 MB.

Westfield shipping and library pickup are free. Shipping outside Westfield is $5. Other arrangements are confirmed with you before delivery.

Each paid covered item includes one replacement. Once that replacement is used, another paid purchase of the same item with coverage is needed to recover it again.
